Meet Steven and Lindsay Michaud

Hi, we’re Steven and Lindsay Michaud — the husband-and-wife team behind Pickleball Parents. We’re longtime paddle sport enthusiasts, community supporters, and most importantly, proud pickleball parents.

A Love for the Game

Steven discovered pickleball in 2015 on the courts of Whitefish, Montana. With a background in tennis, racquetball, and ping pong, he instantly connected with the sport’s energy and inclusivity.

What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion — and eventually, a mission to serve the growing pickleball community.

to make pickleball more accessible, family-friendly, and fun for everyone.

In 2021, our lives changed forever with the birth of our first child.
One of our most cherished photos is of our newborn resting on a Selkirk paddle — a moment that became the heart of Pickleball Parents:

Steven is proud to be Montana’s first IPTPA-certified Pickleball Instructor and was recently nominated for the 3rd Shot Sports Pickleball Hero Award.

We lead local clinics, support school programs, and help players of all levels across the Flathead Valley and beyond.
