We are happy to ship Pickleball Parents orders internationally.

Free International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on qualifying orders of $100 USD or more. Free shipping applies to the outbound shipping charge only and does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, or local authorities.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or our free shipping offer and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pickleball Parents does not control or determine these charges and is not responsible for paying, reimbursing, or refunding customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, local taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges assessed after shipment.

Credit & Debit Card Foreign Transaction Fees

If you pay using a credit card or debit card, your bank or card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee, currency conversion fee, or other international payment fee.

These fees are determined solely by your bank or card issuer and are separate from any charges made by Pickleball Parents. We do not control, collect, or receive these fees.

Please check with your bank or card issuer before purchasing if you have questions about potential foreign transaction or currency conversion fees.

Delivery & Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and for complying with all customs and import requirements in their country.

International delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, customs clearance, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may delay delivery.

If a shipment is held by customs, the customer may be required to contact the carrier or local customs authority, provide additional information, and pay applicable charges before the package can be released.

Pickleball Parents is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, customs inspections, unpaid duties or taxes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed because the customer does not pay required customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges, any refund will be processed only after the merchandise is returned to us.

Any original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs charges, carrier fees, brokerage fees, or other costs incurred as a result of the refused or unclaimed shipment may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

International Returns

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping international returns to Pickleball Parents.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other charges paid to third parties are not collected by Pickleball Parents and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries due to carrier, manufacturer, customs, legal, or other restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to ship it to the destination provided.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an international order with Pickleball Parents, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, local taxes, foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other destination-country charges associated with your order.

You also acknowledge that international delivery estimates may be affected by customs and other circumstances outside Pickleball Parents' control.
