PickleballParents.com Return & Warranty Policy
At PickleballParents.com, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the products we sell and are happy to help if there is a problem with your order or a potential manufacturing defect.
Manufacturer Warranty
As an authorized dealer, eligible new paddles purchased from PickleballParents.com are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
If you believe your paddle has a manufacturing defect, please contact us first. We'll help evaluate the issue and assist you with the manufacturer's warranty process whenever possible.
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty coverage and terms are determined by the individual manufacturer.
Important: Manufacturer warranty coverage applies only to eligible products. All Pre-Loved Paddles are sold without warranty and are excluded from our standard manufacturer warranty assistance.
Wrong Item or Shipping Error
If we shipped the wrong item or made an error with your order, we'll make it right.
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and, depending on the circumstances, ship the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund after the incorrect item has been returned.
Returns
Because many of our paddles are sold at discounted, promotional, preorder, closeout, or special pricing, all paddle sales are generally final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We do not typically accept paddle returns simply because a customer changes their mind, doesn't like how a paddle plays, or decides they prefer a different model, shape, thickness, weight, or feel.
If you have an unopened, unused item and believe there are special circumstances, please contact us. Any return exception must be approved by PickleballParents.com before the item is sent back.
This policy does not affect eligible manufacturer warranty claims or situations where PickleballParents.com shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Don't Love Your Paddle? We Can Help
Sometimes a perfectly good paddle simply isn't the right fit for a particular player.
Instead of returning a played paddle, contact us about our Pre-Loved Paddle options. We may be able to help you list the paddle for resale or explore available trade options.
Acceptance, pricing, resale assistance, and trade value are determined individually and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Loved Paddle Sale Policy
Our Pre-Loved Paddles Collection offers previously owned pickleball paddles at specially discounted prices, giving quality paddles another opportunity to shine on the court.
Because these paddles have been previously owned or played with, the following policies apply to all Pre-Loved Paddle purchases.
Paddle Condition & Product Photos
Each Pre-Loved Paddle listing includes available details about the paddle's condition, estimated hours of play, known cosmetic imperfections, and any disclosed performance issues.
Product images displayed on our website are manufacturer reference images and may not represent the actual condition of the specific pre-loved paddle being sold.
Actual paddle photos are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to contact us through our website chat before purchasing to request real photos and additional condition information.
No Warranty
All Pre-Loved Paddles are sold as-is, with no warranty.
No manufacturer or seller-provided warranty is included with Pre-Loved Paddle purchases through PickleballParents.com.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, and performance changes associated with previous use are not covered by any warranty from PickleballParents.com.
Final Sale & Returns
All Pre-Loved Paddle purchases are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, personal playing preferences, or cosmetic imperfections and wear that were disclosed before purchase.
An exception may apply if the paddle arrives damaged during shipping, the wrong item was delivered, or the paddle is materially different from its disclosed condition.
Customers must contact us with their order number, supporting photos, and a description of the issue so our team can review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Special Pricing & Promotional Discounts
Pre-Loved Paddles are already specially priced to offer customers additional value.
Additional sitewide discounts, welcome codes, and promotional codes may not apply to Pre-Loved Paddle purchases unless specifically stated.
Exclusive Discounted Accessory Add-Ons
Customers purchasing a qualifying Pre-Loved Paddle may unlock special discounted pricing on select pickleball hats and paddle covers.
- Select pickleball hats at special add-on prices
- Select paddle covers at special add-on prices
These discounted accessories are optional and available only with a qualifying Pre-Loved Paddle purchase. They cannot be purchased separately at the promotional price.
Discounted add-ons are subject to availability and applicable promotional terms.
Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping rules apply to all Pre-Loved Paddle purchases.
- Mainland United States: Free shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more.
- International Orders: Free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more, subject to applicable shipping terms and destination restrictions.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Other U.S. Territories: Shipping is subject to our standard shipping policy and applicable checkout rates.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and any additional shipping charges not included in the promotional shipping offer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for standard returns:
- Paddles that have been played with or used
- Pre-Loved Paddles, except where an applicable exception or legal right requires otherwise
- Sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, or final-sale items
- Preorder and special-order items
- Gift cards
- Customized or modified products
- Used accessories
- Products damaged through misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Eligible manufacturing defects may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty even when a new product was purchased at a discounted price, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Pre-Loved Paddles are excluded from this warranty coverage.
Refunds
For an approved return, we will inspect the item after it is received.
If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by PickleballParents.com or applicable law requires otherwise.
Return Authorization Required
Please contact us before sending any item back.
We'll help determine whether your situation should be handled as a manufacturer warranty claim, shipping correction, approved return, resale, or trade.
Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
